1. Bookings.
Bookings may be made by phone and are subject to availability. Bookings include delivery, set up and pack up.
Booking usually includes sound check and approx. 2 hours of show time.
2. Fees.
Fees are by negotiation. Some conditions may apply to shows with heavy load ins or other unusual requirements.
Payment is required within 7 days.
3. Confirmation.
Confirmation of booking is given in writing only if requested. You are generally contacted approx. one week before show date. You must
communicate with G.S.S. &V. in the week before each show to reconfirm and discuss any last minute details. (Failure to do so may
invalidate the booking agreement for that show.)
4. Cancellation.
Cancellation of bookings should occur by phone no later than 1 week before the booked show. A cancellation fee may be charged in
some cases.
5. Safety and indemnity.
G.S.S. & V always sets up as safely as possible. You must briefly assess the stage for safety before the show. Performing stages are
generally considered to be hazardous areas. Objects overhead and on the stage floor are difficult to see in low light. Therefore, you
assume responsibility for and agree to indemnify G.S.S. & V from claims arising from injury to you, performers, guests, patrons and
venue staff on the stage area for injury or property damage from excessive impact to production equipment.
You also agree to authorise G.S.S. & V. crew to escort unauthorised or intoxicated people off the stage if necessary. You and performers
must not move production gear. Please ask the crew for help. (Microphones and Microphone stands are exempt) G.S.S. & V. has the

6. Outdoor shows.
Suitable weather protection must be provided for outdoor shows. i.e. Covered stage and mixing area and safe power.
If the show is cancelled due to bad weather, full fee is still due. If safety requirements are compromised due to weather,
G.S.S. & V has the right to terminate the show and full fee still applies.
